Roof Replacement in Beloit, WI

From the first time that Techos came to inspect our roof, gutters, and siding for damage after a hailstorm, they have shown professionalism and great attention to detail every step of the way! Techos was present when our insurance assessor came to do his inspection; Techos got up on the roof alongside the assessor and helped identify all the hail damage, and then did the same for our siding and gutters. Techos did a wonderful job being present throughout the whole process. Our insurance approved to cover the total cost of our roof replacement! Throughout the process, we were in excellent hands with Techos. Techos brought us several shingle samples to help us choose our beautiful new shingles color. They picked up the supplies themselves directly from the supplier to ensure accuracy of the order. On the day of the project, the Techos crew arrived early and got to work straight away. A very organized, well-coordinated, and excellent team! They covered the yard, deck, and other structures around the perimeter of the house to protect it from damage and keep everything clean. The crew was polite, efficient, and very respectful of our property. They answered all our questions and did quality work. The crew found that the plywood on a portion of our roof had water damage, so they sorted that out straight away replacing the plywood while other sections of the roof replacement were still ongoing. The owner, Jose, was present answering some questions we had. Jose is excellent! Very polite, a great problem-solver, and explains the work they do very well and with great detail. We discussed with Jose how to solve a gutter placement issue to prevent stains on our new roof; he shared different options and recommended the best one for our home. We are very happy with all of Techos’ work! We greatly recommend them and would definitely be happy to work with them again! Excellent team, excellent work, excellent service! Very efficient! I recently used Techos to re-shingle and re-side my house and I am very pleased with the finished product. Since my insurance was only covering a portion of this project, it was important for me to use a company such as Techos, that does quality work at a reasonable price. As a nationally certified home inspector, I can say they really did a quality job, in a timely manner and up-to-code and if I had any questions or concerns all I had to do was call Jose and he quickly made it right. Since the completion of the project, I continuously get compliments from neighbors and recently referred 3 to Techos for similar work. I would definitely recommend these guys again for this type of work.

Technos exterior did such an amazing job on my roof, fascia, soffits and gutters. The house looks brand new and I have already had so many complements from the neighbors. Would recommend them over anyone, professional and the nicest of people.

Had damage to roof that came out of no where these guys were able to help me out the same day I needed it and they finished up within a couple of days! Great company and a great group of dudes
